Born through our own experiences of genealogy research which have taken us back as far as 1488, at Ancestral Discovery, we aim to assist you in uncovering your family's past. Based in West Sussex, England, we are also able to carry out more localised family history research and visit local record offices on your behalf if required as well as co-ordinate research throughout the UK. With a wealth of digital resources available to us, we can also undertake research in other areas of the world, including the US, Canada and Australia to name a few. Contact us for more information.
Whether you reside in the UK or abroad, if your Ancestors are known to have lived in Britain, we may be able to assist you in bringing your past family to life. Where resources are still available, we can provide details of births, deaths and marriages, places lived through Census records and alike, occupations, Military Service/Records and for family members that may have left the UK, passenger lists.
What stories have been passed down through your family over the generations? Have you ever felt compelled to know more and perhaps validate them? Our research may help to substantiate these stories or myths so that you know what really went on.

We have been proud to research & bring together people who were adopted and knew nothing of their birth parents & siblings. In one particular case, a half brother living in Spain.
